Any unauthorized use of the services or materials on this site may violate intellectual property laws, and are protected by copyright, except as expressly provided herein, Best Displays Online and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information with respect to services or materials.


The logos, services, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of Best Displays Online. You are not permitted to use the marks without prior written consent from Best Displays Online.


You agree to indemnify and hold Best Displays Online, and its employees, suppliers, and any third party information providers to this site and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs including reasonable attorney fees resulting in any violations of these rules.


You understand and agree that Best Displays Online will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, goodwill, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other untouchable losses, resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transaction or data, the use or inability to use our site, the cost resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received, transactions entered into through or from our site.


Best Displays Online will accept returned merchandise within three days of receipt with the exception of products listed below. It’s your responsibility to contact us via e-mail CustomerService@bestdisplaysonline.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) from a Best Displays Online representative.

All merchandise returned must be returned unused in the original packaging including, manuals, accessories, cable etc. with your RMA # clearly printed on the outside of the package. Requests for returns must be made within three days of the receipt date.  Every item must be received at our warehouse within ten days from the date of the requested return. Shipping and/or handling charges cannot be refunded.

Best Displays is not responsible for any damage to returned items or shipping costs. Items being returned should be packaged with care. Please be advised that packages need to be returned by a carrier that will issue a tracking number in order to ensure delivery. Best Displays will issue a credit once confirmation is received.

We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee of the cost of items returned.



The return policy above does not apply to the following:

  • Printed table throws and printed table runners
  • Banner stands with printed graphics
  • Custom display purchases
  • Hybrid Displays
  • Displays with printed graphics
  • Customized Orbital Truss Systems
  • Printed Graphics

You must notify us in writing if there are any claims dealing with customized products and graphics within a 24 hrs. of receipt of the merchandise. All claims included but are not limited to any such discrepancy between the approved proofs which were sent via email and the merchandise that was received. Please e-mail written notification to CustomerService@bestdisplaysonline.com. All claims made after the twenty-four hour time frame will not be honored.

Please follow the care instructions provided regarding printed graphics. Be warned that all graphics purchased from Best Displays must be rolled with the graphic side of graphic outward.  If instructions are not followed with care delamination will most likely occur, and Best Displays Online accepts no responsibility for any such damage to graphics.

There is absolutely no warranty or refund for graphics purchased. All graphics purchased from Best Displays Online are considered final sales. Please follow the claims policy as stated above for any claims issues. 



All changes to orders must be made in writing to CustomerService@bestdisplays.online.com . Any verbal change orders are not acceptable. Changing orders include, but are not limited to changes in shipping address, changes in order time frames, or changes in products purchased.  All change orders are subject additional charges or refunds when applicable, and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the retail value of the goods when applicable. All payments for change orders must be paid in full for a change order to be accepted and moved on the next step in production or shipping.


All cancelled orders must be made in writing to CustomerService@bestdisplays.online.com. When an order is cancelled after the order has been placed, the order may be subject to cancellation charges which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If an order is completed and shipped, no order cancellation will be accepted. All order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee up to 75% of the retail value of the goods. The following are some examples of circumstances where restocking fees would apply: customized graphics that have been put into production, or products that have been pulled from stock shelves to fulfill an order.


Best Displays Online includes a limited lifetime warranty on the following products: Popup Display Frames, against manufacturing defects on materials and workmanship during normal use.All repairs needed that coincide with the limited lifetime warranty policy will be done at no charge with the exception of shipping and handling charges. Our warranty does not extend to Best Displays Online Products which, have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or used in violation of operating instructions furnished by us. Nor is it extended to any altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Best Displays Online. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is allowed to assume for us any other liable connections with sale of our product. There are some states that do not allow limitations on how exclusions may be applied to the original customer. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.



In the event of any shipping delays of products Best Displays Online will not be held liable. The lead times listed on Best Displays Online are estimates only. These estimates should not be misconstrued as actual amounts of time for production. Best Display Online will not be liable for any third party carrier delays in delivery of products. Best Displays Online will honor its return policy for products that are not received in the customer’s timeframe. Please review the return policy and product exceptions to the return policy to ensure your order can be returned.

All shipments are subject to additional fees taxes, duties, and customer clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the client. In the event that Best Displays Online is charged these fees, these fees will be paid on behalf of the client and in turn, the client will be billed for these fees. The additional fees will be charged to the credit card that was used to place the original order.


Our site contains links to third party sites that are not under the control of Best Displays Online. Best Displays Online makes no representations whatsoever about any other site to which you might have access through our site. When you access links to other sites you do so at your own risk. Best Displays Online is not responsible for the accuracy of or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice, or statements made on these other sites or for the quality of any products or services available on such sites. Best Displays Online provides these links as a convenience. Inclusion of such links does not imply that Best Displays Online endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such websites. Are site could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. Best Displays Online might make changes to services on this site including the prices and descriptions of any products listed here in at any time without notice. The materials or services at our site may be out of data, and Best Displays Online makes no commitment to update such materials or services.
